1. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Site or place an order, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

2. User-Submitted Content and Intellectual Property

Because our business relies on printing custom designs, this section outlines your responsibilities regarding the artwork you submit.

By uploading designs, logos, images, or text ("User Content") to our Site, you warrant and represent that you own the rights to the User Content or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and authorizations to use and reproduce the artwork.

Liability for Infringement

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valley Custom Printing from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from the printing of User Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of any third party.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to review all User Content and refuse any order that we, in our sole discretion, deem to contain copyrighted material, offensive language, hate speech, illegal content, or content that violates community standards.

License to Print

You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By uploading it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely for the purpose of preparing, printing, and fulfilling your order. We will not sell your custom designs or use them for our own marketing without your explicit permission.

3. Order Approval, Proofs, and Production

Proofs and Accuracy

If we provide a digital proof of your custom design, it is your responsibility to review it carefully for spelling, layout, and image size. Once a proof is approved, the order enters production, and Valley Custom Printing is not responsible for errors present in the approved proof.

Color Matching and Print Variations

Due to the technical limitations of different monitors and the physical realities of various printing methods (including Direct-to-Film, sublimation, and vinyl transfer), colors on your screen may not perfectly match the final printed product. Furthermore, minor variations in graphic placement (up to 1 inch) and garment sizing are industry standard and do not constitute a defect.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before an order enters production. Depending on your location, we may be required to collect sales tax, which will be calculated and added at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. Production begins only after payment is received and artwork is approved. Valley Custom Printing is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control. The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Custom Products

Because our products are customized with your specific artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-printed items due to customer errors (e.g., ordering the wrong size, spelling mistakes, or providing low-resolution artwork).

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item (e.g., garment tear, massive print defect) or an item different from your approved order, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the defective or incorrect item at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if production has not yet begun. Once an order is in the printing queue, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or federal laws.

Attempt to hack, destabilize, or adapt the Site.

Upload any viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Scrape or automatically extract data from the Site.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Site and our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Valley Custom Printing makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the Site or the products, except as explicitly stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valley Custom Printing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
